Off to the right is the eat-in full kitchen with dishwasher. Up the stairs is a huge room to hang out in. There is a large screen TV and a pool table in this space as well as a queen futon. On the lower level are three bedrooms. Lower level is walk-out basement with 7 foot ceilings. Master bedroom has a king bed and a spacious walk in shower. The other two bedrooms each have 2 queen beds. Sheets and towels are included. Home has central air conditioning. Gas fireplace in the living room. 3 night minimum Memorial and Labor Day weekends. Wi-Fi.

Outdoors is a beautiful landscaped space. The water side features decks off of the house and a patio area for the fire pit which is located near the water. There is plenty of outdoor furniture too. Dock and canoe to round out the outdoor amenities. Bring your fishing gear and try for the catch of the day. The yard area is a perfect place to play Bocce ball or croquet. Game room in garage includes ping pong and more. Stunning sunrises and starry nights are some of the highlights when you stay here.

This area is just out of town but so close to everything. Whether you want to visit Interlochen/Grawn, Leelanau Peninsula, Old Mission Peninsula or downtown Traverse City these area are all easy drives from here. Incredible Mo's Family Fun, grocery shopping, farm markets are all about 10 minutes away. Check out local wineries and breweries, specialty cheese shops like "the Cheese Lady", fantastic restaurants and food trucks in downtown Traverse City. Visit the Sleeping Bear Dunes, cycle the Heritage Trail, and take a trip to the Cherry Bowl Drive In for some family fun. The things to do in this area are endless.
