About Angela

We built Autumn Creek to be a place for leadership development in faith-based ministries. We have a great respect for those who give their lives to others in service and have had the pleasure of meeting and seeing many different non-profit organizations pass through this place and grow in their faith and ministries. Autumn Creek is also available to you - those looking for a fabulous vacation and time to reconnect with family.

Why Angela chose Breckenridge

I hear very consistent feedback that Autumn Creek is one of the best vacations ever had. We are not in a traditional neighborhood. We have acreage with unmatched views, river, tranquility and solitude here. Most homes in Breckenridge sit on an acre or less which means you can wave hello to your neighbor! You won't have that issue here. You can take a beautiful walk down our road in either direction and not see a soul. Snowshoeing, fishing or hiking right out the front door is a treat. Whether looking for an action packed trip or a place to just relax, Autumn Creek will not disappoint.

What makes this house unique

For the active traveler, finding a place with a lot to do a high priority. If you can think of a mountain activity it likely exists within 20 mile radius from the house: dog sledding, snow kiting, ice fishing, ice skating, snowmobiling, ATVs, water rafting, golf, recreation center, road and mountain biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, paddle boarding, kayaks, motorized boats, kids play museum, playgrounds.

We are sitting in a food lovers paradise with 40+ unique restaurants 10 minutes away. The quaint shops in town are perfect for the shopaholic or relaxing leisure stroll.

Fantastic home in great location

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week in this wonderful home with some of our grown children. There are 5 great bedrooms each with a nice private bathroom. The kitchen is big and fantastic. Everything you could possibly need to prepare meals including spices. The deck has a large hot tube with great view. It is very convenient to get to the skiing at Breckenridge (10-15 minutes to gondola parking lot). Great snowshoe trail about 1/4 mile down the road. You will not be disappointed in this home.

Even Better Than the Description Leads You to Believe

  • 5 of 5

This is an Outstanding Home in a wonderful location. The peace and serenity is worth the short drive from town. We were 3 extended families that spread out on the 3 floors very nicely. Each was able to be separate from the other as needed, but still were fine as a single group on the main floor or the bottom floor. There is a nice office space across from the Main floor Master that made a perfect nursery for the little one in a Porta Crib.

About a week before check-in Angela emailed us the most complete check in information sheet I have ever seen. Every question you might have was already answered. One of the most common questions we have is "Does the kitchen have a '___________?" She sent a list of everything in the kitchen, from appliances down to utensils, serving pieces, baking pieces and on. She did not mention that the kitchen has the largest collection of spices I have ever seen in a rental property! Nice Bonus!

I agree with her that you need at least an AWD during the winter months, but given that most rentals are AWD these days, that should not be a detriment to choosing this wonderful property!

And the grandkids had a moose watch them eat breakfast on morning! Right outside the kitchen nook window! They loved it.

Thank you Angela for a wonderful, memorable week.

Amazing ad described. Will be back.

Exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for large family. Only comment would be driveway ice or contact for plow company. Had hard time getting out a couple times.

Perfect Family Reunion

  • 5 of 5

Autumn Creek was absolutely perfect for our family reunion with 16 people ranging in age from 6 up to 67. Every member of our party was in awe and uniformly remarked at the end of our visit how perfect everything was and that this was without a doubt the best vacation they've ever had. The house is very well built with countless high-end details and perfectly decorated. I didn't want to unpack because the interior decoration was so nice that my stuff would only mess it up. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, including an extensive spice selection. Again, all high-end fixtures with ample space. The only thing you would need to bring is dry and perishable goods for cooking. Bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds, linens, towels, fans, humidifiers, lighting, clocks, etc. The furniture throughout the house is very good quality. Outdoor favorites were obviously the gas fire pit and the spacious hot tub while favorites indoors were the large living room with gas fireplace, the huge granite kitchen island with bar stools, and the basement pool table. It's outside town but only a short drive to the Peak 9 parking areas or just a bit further to park at the Peak 8 gondola.

There was a good amount of snow during our stay and the blacktop driveway iced over a couple times. This presented a bit of a challenge to get up so I recommend 4WD/AWD for all vehicles if visiting during the winter months. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have the property management company salt the driveway after they plow to mitigate the ice effects. I had to tow one vehicle up the driveway that couldn't make it up due to ice.

In summary, the value for Autumn Creek far exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely do it again without hesitation.

Amazing house!!! Stayed 1/27/2018 - 02/02/2018

  • 5 of 5

Just Returned last night from this beautiful property. We had a total of eight people (Four Couples). We loved this house!!! The kitchen is awesome. We cooked five out of the seven nights we were there. The double ovens and two dishwashers were amazing. It has everything you need to cook a great meal. We liked that the kitchen and dining areas were together. We spent a lot of our time there laughing and talking together. We drew numbers for the bedrooms. My husband and I were the lucky one to get the master bedroom. All the bedrooms with baths were very nice. Some enjoyed the hot tub with outdoor fire pit and others enjoyed the pool table. Some used the snow shoes and sleds one day. That was fun to watch. The house gives you privacy with all the bedrooms spaced out but you can enjoy each other all in one house. The snow plow came and removed the snow from the driveway so the driving conditions were great. The house is about 15 minutes from town so you are a little out of the town. Breckenridge was very busy on the weekends so I was glad to be out of all the traffic and people. We went skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, did the horse sleigh dinner and even did a spa day with the girls. We had a wonderful vacation. The best part was THE VIEW from all the windows. We want to Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. It is Amazing!!!

Amazing Stay in Breckenridge!

  • 5 of 5

We recently had a wonderful experience at this property in mid-January. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We had 12 adults and 2 children and found the house comfortably fit everyone. It was about a 15 minute drive from downtown Breckenridge so very convenient distance. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again in the future!
