All furniture new inside with luxury comfortable patio furniture outside, heated gunite pool with spa and 3-car garage. French doors throughout lead to a bluestone patio and manicured lawn with terraced gardens. House has brand new furniture, brand new Beauty-rest Mattresses and luxury sheets ( Frette, Sferra etc). Sonos Speakers throughout the house and outdoors can be controlled right over the phone.
Conveniently located between Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. A short 7 minute ride to the gorgeous ocean beaches. 4 king beds, 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed.

Perfect Sag Harbor Vacation
Perfect Sag Harbor Vacation for 10 to celebrate fathers 90th birthday. House was perfect, everything you could need was provided. Large elegant house with all of the extras one could expect and many unexpected for a rental. Large private grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great property for families
Beautiful house with large space for gathering with friends. Asta and Phil are great hosts, always available and prompt to help if needed. Overall it was a great spot to spend our vacation.

Great location and great house. Home owners were very easy to work with and very organized. House was setup perfect for family + friend get away. The owners have the house fully stocked with everything you would need for a vacation house. House is very comfortable and and peaceful.

Our guests seem to most enjoy the privacy this house provides, luxury outdoor set up with comparable sunbathing lounges, outdoor dining set for eating, outdoor lounge set that comfortably seats 10 people and lets you hanging out by the fire. Also brand new beauty rest mattresses and luxury linens seem to keep guests coming back for more relaxing restful weekends at this house.
