Bright, clean, modern and very comfortable 1 bedroom flat on the first floor of a white stucco house just 8 minutes away from Victoria Station in Central London.

Perfect for those looking for somewhere quiet and centrally located to relax and unwind.

GETTING HERE
No matter which airport or train station you use to arrive in London, there is always an easy way to get to us. Just let us know in advance and I will tell you how.

Interaction with guests

We always meet our guests to hand over the keys, walk guests through the flat and answer any queries as well as provide an overview of local amenities.

Long term rates will automatically be applied for stays of 7 days or more.

- Early check ins are dependent on availability and a fee will apply for morning check ins.

Please advise us as soon as possible if you expect to be late so we can make arrangements for a revised check in time.

For longer stays, we clean and change linen once a week. Additional cleaning is available on request.

Lovely stay in Pimlico
This was the perfect home base for our 10 days in London. The place was the perfect space for two - clean, good amenities (including the kitchen for a few meals in with food from the local market) - and check-in / check-out was very easy. Would stay again.

Gem in Pimlico
We recently stayed in this lovely little flat in Pimlico. It was clean and Liz greeted us on time and explained all the features available. The bathroom is quite small so its tight for two people using at the same time but we always had hot water. If you are hoping for a view, this is not it as the flat faces brick buildings, however; it is an excellent location for walking to Buckingham Palace, Parliament buildings, Churchill War Rooms, etc., and only 5 minutes to Victoria train station The neighbourhood and building felt safe with a Sainsbury's only 3 minutes away. We ate at the Marquis Pub, St George's Tavern and Market Hall Victoria (all within a 5 minute walk of the flat), each place had amazing food. I would recommend this flat for couples as it is cozy. My only suggestion would be a new bed frame as the current one is not in good shape. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

Good for the money
Beside good location, this property has everything to cover your basic needs… there is nothing amazing about it, but a Solid good!! we would definitely stay there again. Good value for the money. 👍👍

Adorable flat in great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your flat. It is an adorable space in a lovely, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The communication with the owner, as well as the person that greeted us at check in was lovely. If we should return, I would be delighted to stay here again.

Perfect Location for my vacation needs
Clean property, quiet neighborhood, and close to many popular locations. The flat had everything I needed to make me feel at home while on vacation. Very close to public transportation and walking distance to many places. Check-in/check-out process was very easy and the house tablet helped with recommendations and helpful tips. I did not have any issues with the flat . I would gladly stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The flat is in a converted 1840's Thomas Cubitt designed stucco house.

Underrated and often overlooked, Pimlico augments its refined culture with casual conveniences like farmer’s markets, easy access to high-class institutions like the Tate Britain museum and lots of fun places to enjoy a coffee, drink, dinner or Sunday Roast with friends.

What makes this property unique

The flat is at the rear of the building on a mezzanine floor accessed by a short set of stairs from the first floor.

The large lounge is bright and airy with seating to relax and a table and chairs for dining. Off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen where you can make a quick snack or a meal for the evening.

The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage for your belongings.

The double sofa bed in the lounge provides an additional bed for guests.
