This spacious and comfortable family home is perfect for family get aways. It's located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just 1.5 miles from Chautauqua Institution. Inside you will find a new kitchen and bath for first floor. In total there are 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, DR and LR with hardwood floors and beamed ceiling. Enjoy the outdoors with a large lakefront deck, private dock, and large open yard, all while taking in the beauty of Chautauqua Lake and dramatic sunsets. Well suited to families - not a place for loud parties. Sleeps 9 adults comfortably. Rents Saturday to Saturday during summer - shorter stays available in off season. Family getaway
The house and all the facilities were great – it was the weather that was not so great. Susan was very helpful and concerned about our comfort. The kitchen was well equipped, so we did a lot of cooking. We'd love to revisit the house in warmer weather.

Mini getaway
We had a wonderful time at Susan’s place. We had beautiful views of the lake and the neighborhood was so beautiful for our daily walks. Location was great. The guys played golf . We toured a mansion in Westfield just a 15 minute drive from Susan’s place. Had lunch at a cute spot on the water also. Susan was a great host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Thanks again Susan . We had a wonderful time. Diane

Annual visit to the lake
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful location and neighborhood. The accommodations were great and we had plenty of space for our entire family of 8 (seven adults and one grand child). The neighborhood was wonderful for walking, biking and trekking through the new nature trail (a big hit with our grandson!). The boat launch worked perfectly and so convenient right in the neighborhood. The outdoor space at the house is incredible. Fires in the evening were a highlight with star-filled skies and some shooting stars were an added bonus. The fishing from the end of the dock was great for us and the opportunity to have our boat right at the house with us made things very convenient. We would highly recommend this rental. The home owner was a delight to work with and was very attentive to our needs. Many thanks for a week filled with many new lake memories for our family!

What makes this property unique

Stellar view of the Bell Tower, magnificent large maple trees, easy to swim from the dock. Friendly neighbors! House has glass doors opening to lake front deck and large windows for great views. Open layout and new kitchen with top of line appliances is terrific for entertaining.
