The apt of 57m, of which: living room with sofa bed, 32 inch TV, dvd player, remote controlled sound, bedroom with double box bed, wardrobes and 3 single mattresses, full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and all kitchen utensils, 1 bathroom with box.
Bedroom and living room with ceiling fans.
The building's garage is available to renters from 3/2 until end of October.
It has WiFi (signal is subject to availability of the building).
The fit is in lateral position on the 5th floor and has no balcony. But from the bedroom window you can see the beach (as photos).

Excelente estadia
O condomínio é em frente ao mar, com apartamento ótimo e localização excelente. Fácil acesso a todos os pontos da Praia Grande. A internet é ótima para quem precisa trabalhar e a tv tem vários canais para os momentos de descanso. O anfitrião foi super atencioso desde o primeiro contato, enviou várias dicas para aproveitamos a estadia e esteve o tempo todo disponível. A vista do terraço é magnífica e a praia super sossegada. Recomendaremos e com certeza voltaremos!!!
