5 * home. Fabulous Florida feeling inside & outside. Come and soak-in what you expect Tampa Florida to be! * Kitchen & main bath beautifully renovated January 2023. Two full baths, master split with private full bath. New furniture, new appliances, Roku TV's in two bedrooms and large flat-screen in living room with soundbar. Fast internet. Great private tropical back yard with shaded patio and grill. Security system and driveway for 3 cars. Location is central - Airport (25 mins), Busch Gardens & Adventure Island (15 mins), downtown (10 mins ), Bay beaches (20 mins), Gulf beaches (45 mins), USF & UT (15 mins ), Zoo (10 mins ). Several great local restaurants minutes away. Please read reviews to see that this home is highly liked by all who have stayed here. Great home to return to after a great fun-filled day! A home away from home in the cutest pink house in Tampa!
I was able to enjoy this gem of a property for 4 weeks while traveling for work with colleagues. The 3 of us each had ample space and privacy and were all able to get back after our day and relax. This property is a great location for any purpose. All of the amenities are nearby, it is surrounded by quiet streets for a morning jog and an oasis backyard for relaxation. It was very clean and well maintained and anything we needed was already waiting inside. I would not hesitate to stay here again with friends, family or colleagues. Berta and Sydney are excellent hosts and made sure all of our needs were met. It was a pleasure to stay in their property and I would definitely do it again!
