Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Scarborough Hills neighborhood of Narragansett this four bedroom, two bath, completely furnished home is ready for your next vacation. It's just a 15 minute walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic and large boardwalk and pavilion area, walk the rocks and fish off Black Point or just kick back on the deck or in the backyard of this home. Just a short drive to the neighborhood children's playground, tennis and basketball court.

Just bring your towels and linens, everything else is here for you. Your home away from home includes FREE wireless internet, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, TV with cable, DVD, washer & dryer and central air-conditioning. Plenty of living space. Includes a deck with outdoor furniture and a propane grill. Has off street parking for 4 cars.

In regard to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we wish to remind renters that the property will be cleaned thoroughly in between rental reservations to ensure sanitation.

Wonderful space, but…
It was the perfect space for 3 adults and 2 teens. Unfortunately none of the floors were cleaned! Crumbs everywhere, hair and quips on the floor upstairs. I feel that you pay a fair amount for cleaning and I wasn’t totally happy. Otherwise it was very good.

Perfect house and location.
We were very happy with this property. We cooked in almost every night and was happy with the setup. The bedrooms and baths were just as they described. There was plenty of parking and we both drove and walked to the beach. Also plenty of things to do within a short drive. Would definitely rent this place again.

We’ll stay in a hotel next time
The house location is great. Reasonably close to the beach, the bus goes by the main street, close to a grocery store. The property manager was great to work with. The house, however, left something to be desired. We arrived to a dirty house. Hair in the bathroom and toothpaste stains in the sink. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no s&p in the kitchen cabinet. No soap of any kind. No basic supplies at all. Thank goodness the dollar store was down the street…. We’d stay in a motel next time…

Served its purpose
Close to the beach which was nice. 4 bedrooms is a bit of a stretch with the 4th in a dirty room in the basement and a bit musty, none of our group wanted to sleep down there. No outdoor shower as previously mentioned is real oversight. Wasn’t as clean on arrival as you’d expect, our group did a deep clean and remember to bring your own TP, etc
