'Cape Monday Cottage' at Long Lake is your lake house to enjoy time away from it all. Situated 40 feet from the lake, Cape Monday Cottage delivers gorgeous views of the lake from the first floor living area and deck. Fish from the dock, nap on the hammock, swim in the lake, enjoy unrivaled sunsets from the firepit, play ping pong in the basement - you'll have a vacation to remember.

The Cape Monday Cottage at Long Lake is an idyllic year-round lake house on Long Lake in Harrison Maine, just one hour from Portland. Entire home renovated and finished mid-July 2017. Home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Exterior amenities include private dock, a mooring for your use, hammock, firepit, and large deck with gas grill.

Interior amenities include wifi, flat screen smart TV, VCR/DVD player, Nintendo Wii, washer/dryer, ping pong, walk out basement, and air conditioning. All linens are also provided. House is located on a rural winding (paved) road with private driveway so be sure to bring the kid's bikes!

In the summer, enjoy all that Long Lake has to offer, such as boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing from the dock, restaurants in Naples, ice cream in Harrison, etc. Take a day trip on the boat to Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake via the Songo Locks!

The lake house is a perfect home base for leaf peeping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire during the fall. The White Mountains, outlets, Story Land and Santa's Village in tax-free North Conway, NH are only a 30-minute drive away.

Please review House Rules prior to booking. The following House Rules are strictly enforced. If these rules are violated, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no monies refunded.
- NO SMOKING
- 6 PERSON MAX (no more than 6 registered guests - including children - using the property. This includes day guests)
- NO PET POLICY

Also, Guests acknowledge that they have knowledge of the external video cameras in place on the driveway and below the deck facing the lake. These cameras will be in use during this rental period and the guests hereby consent to the use of the same.

Love this cottage!
This is the perfect place to unwind, swim, listen to the loons, enjoy a fire, read, play a board game, etc. The cottage is consistently clean and is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The hosts stock paper goods, beach towels, linens, basic spices, Saran wrap, tin foil, chip clips, Bose speaker, water floats, fire wood, movies, books, puzzles, games, toys, etc. It makes packing easy! The location is perfect. The waterfront is in a cove that is quieter then the main part of Long Lake. It is easy to get to Naples, Harrison, or Bridgton to enjoy miniature golf, ice cream, restaurants, or go to the grocery store. Thank you Sarah and Chris for being wonderful hosts every year we come! It is always hard to leave.

Beautiful lake getaway
Beautiful, attractive home with all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing and fun time together as a family. Living room and deck have a great view of the lake and kitchen is roomy and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was fantastic lake swimming!

Perfect lakefront getaway
Cape Monday Cottage is a little slice of heaven! The owners are organized and helpful, providing quick responses to questions before the trip, and then having an awesome binder to answer all other questions waiting for us when we arrived. They seem to have thought of everything one could need! The house itself is spacious, beautifully updated, clean and neat. Which was lucky since we hit a few rainy days and still had a great time indoors - between their ping pong table and many games and activities. What a treat!
