Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located in Vail Village, just a short 5 minute walk to Gondola One, and all of the Village’s amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

This two bedroom two bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; and a sofa sleeper, full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Wonderful location
While the interior could use a refresh, the location of Villa Cortina is really wonderful. There’s plenty of parking in the private lot outside, which is where we left our car for 95% of our stay. All of the Vail restaurants we went to were about a 10 minute walk (with kids ages 9, 12, and 14) and the shuttle stop, conveniently located across the street, puts you in Lionshead in about 10-15 mins. While I think a little more dusting in a few places would be nice, the stove, sink, refrigerator, and counters were sparkling. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the master suite being across the common living space from the kids’ en suite. This unit is located almost a straight shot from the main entrance so if you’re working with a stroller or traveling with someone with mobility issues, this is a great spot (though I believe there about five steps to get in the building). We were a little worried there would be a lot of hallway noise but the door is very thick and we never had a noise problem throughout our stay. Overall, our family had a wonderful time in Vail and we would recommend this location highly.

We have stayed here before. The new pool and hot tub are great. The fire pit was fun to sit around also. Hope to come back one more time this season.

Doorways to both bathrooms have exposed carpet tacks. - discovered the hard way. Cabinetry in kitchen under sink is missing. Tacky at 400/night
