Prepare your lunch on a gas grill in the outdoor stone living area, then top off your evening by the chiminea around a stone cocktail table.

There are five flagstone patios terraced down to the Comal Springs for dining, reading and relaxing. The lower terrace features a semi-private swimming and floating area and a charcoal grill at the river bank. The location, serenity and privacy create a paradise for snow birds and travelers looking for a month or longer get-away.
The whole community of New Braunfels is charmed by the reassuring whistle of the train. Just 1.5 miles from the historic town of Gruene and Gruene Hall, the oldest operating dance hall in Texas.
