House was clean and mostly as advertised. The cookware in the kitchen was sub-par (appeared To be from the 80’s) and generally the kitchen was not well stocked. Didn’t realize I needed to bring basic items like tin foil or black pepper. The grill had not been cleaned properly. Also didn’t appreciate that the AC could not be lowered past 69 degrees and kept resetting to 72. The AC was a key reason I booked that house. The cheap soaps and lack of shampoo was also a negative for me. Oh, and the bikes were also sub-par, like they needed maintenance. Hard to ride. The green one has loose handle bars. We left tin foil there for you.

Great Stay in Sunriver, master mattress needs update, No SHARC passes
Great Stay in Sunriver. House was well layed out with a great kitchen and deck for evening BBQ. There were 2 primary issues that would prevent me from renting this place again. 1. Master bedroom mattress was worn out. So soft I could not get comfortable and they clearly new about this since a mattress pad was placed on top in a feeble effort to cover up the issue. My wife and I ended up putting our children in one bedroom and slept in the other guest bedroom. 2. No SHARC passes. This may have been my error, but the ad mentioned easy SHARC access. I was shocked to arrive and find no SHARC passes For the amount we paid nightly I feel they at least need to upgrade the mattress. Transparency on the SHARC passes would be appreciated as well. Overall, we made the best of a less than ideal situation.

Sunriver house review
We enjoyed the home and location but felt there were some missing amenities that we had at other VRBO's. There wasn't a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. Coffee filters were missing also but they did bring those the next morning after we called. The paper left in the kitchen indicated there was to be a paper with the WIFI password and check out instructions on the refrigerator but it was missing and the office was closed when we arrived so didn't get the password until the next morning. We only got verbal instructions for check-out which was fine but felt all should have been there.
