Located 1/2 mile SW of BSU and Morrison Center, Boise's Gem is a very short distance to downtown. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the home. Close to BSU, Morrison Center, the Historic Train Depot, and a very short bike ride to the greenbelt. Full cable package with Netflix and Chromecast provided. SUPER CLEAN! Private driveway. Kitchen and bathroom are thoughtfully stocked. Very quiet neighborhood is close to everything! Central Air Conditioning make the home super comfortable during our hot Boise Summers.
Electronic smart lock - no key exchange. Each guest given their own code!

Super Cozy perfect home
This home was so cute and comfortable. The amenities were above and beyond all expectations, and very appreciated. Great location to BSU campus and downtown was very close. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This little gem on Gem
This was such a great place to stay. Clean clean clean! And they thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again. Close to everything and just used lime scooters.

We love hosting and exceeding our guests expectations. Both of us work downtown and we love living in Boise. We bicycle the greenbelt frequently, enjoy various art attractions in the city (our Shakespeare Festival lasts about 5 months and the productions are first class) and we enjoy traveling ourselves.

Why they chose this property

Boise's Gem was built in 1958 in the north end of town and moved to it's current location in the summer of 2015. All plumbing, wiring, and heating/cooling systems are brand new as are all windows, doors and appliances. Enjoy hard wood floors throughout the living room, bedrooms and hall.
The couch features reclining seats for binge watching the included Netflix and/or cable entertainment package. The master bedroom has blackout shades and all shades are double-celled cellular construction which better insulates the home. The master bedroom features a luxurious Saatva Classic Firm mattress. The second bedroom has another queen size bed that is also super comfortable.

What makes this property unique

We are close to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. Only people who live on our street drive past the home - you're in the city but in a residential neighborhood.
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked. You'll find butter, oils, spices, an assortment of beverages, cereals and pancake mixes, sharp knives and new cookware. We even have brand new dishes and silverware so every piece matches. Also included in the kitchen are pastas, rices, coffee, tea, etc. as well as an ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. The bathroom is also stocked very well. You really only need your toothbrush.
