The pool and club house accessing pass is included with your reservation for all guests. Yes, no extra charge for access the amenities,. Just need fill out community form. The linens are not included with your rental, but it is available with extra charge through the third party. The most our guest just bring it with them.

This Duplex unit was used as builder's model showcase house before 2017 . You will love to Live in this beautifully decorated model house.
The property is located at one of the most desirable communities in the Bethany Beach area "Forest landing at Bethany beach" Just a short drive (4 miles) to the Bethany beach, Boardwalk.
Community Amenities & Features: The amenities at Forest Landing include a spacious 3500 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center and locker rooms, a 4,000 square foot outdoor pool, playground, recreation area, 2 lit tennis courts, and walking trails through the forested wetlands. Notes: Forest Landing's community outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to two weeks after Labor day weekend. Guests need follow community rules.
Best location in the community. Home was professionally decorated. The patio at back yard is face beautiful water pond. The community club house is visible from our backyard. So you just walk a few minuses to community pool.
The first-floor has owner’s suite . . The well-equipped country kitchen conveniently adjoins the great room and gives you plenty of room to cook. The luxurious first-floor owner’s suite with tray ceiling features a walk-in closet, soaking tub , separate shower and double bowl vanity. The first floor also features a breakfast room . The kitchen features granite counter tops, double stove and stainless appliances. There is a half bath that rounds out this area. The laundry room features a high efficiency full size washer dryer for your convenience. There is a two-car garage attached and a few extra community daytime shared parling spots right at the front house.
The second floor has three more bedrooms, one of which is a large bonus room and has king bed and two twin beds. There are addition two bedrooms at the second floor, one with king bed and another with queen bed. There is also a full bath on this floor and a loft equipped with queen sleep sofa, that is a great spot to hide away or sleep there .
We provide high speed FiOS internet .Every rooms has smart TV. You can stream your favorite media channel.

Wonderful vacation
This was our sixth year vacationing in Forest Landing; first time in Nora’s house. The house is lovely and was comfortable for our family of seven adults and three children. We found it spacious and clean. Nora communicated instructions prior to our arrival, allowing for a smooth check in. The community is very friendly; our grandchildren love the pool and that they can bike with very little traffic. Bethany Beach is close by; the boardwalk has lots to offer. The area has several great produce stands and farms, fresh seafood markets, wonderful breakfast spots and more ice cream places than we had time for. Perfect location for our summer vacation.

Nora is an extraordinary host. She anticipated our needs and responded promptly to our inquiry. The house was as described - cheery and spacious. We had more space than the 7 of us needed. The neighborhood is quiet. The pond and fountain in the backyard provided a tranquil location to enjoy breakfast each morning and relaxation each evening. The pool is a very short walk away as advertised. It was easy to get to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. We had other family members stop by and they also loved this rental and hope to rent this location next summer.

Another great stay!
We love staying at this house. We had 4 adults and 3 younger children (and sometimes the occasional visit by their grandparents during the trip) and there is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms helps as well. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The pool is great, as there is always room to get a table/chairs and there are a lot of options for varying swim levels - baby/wading pools, splash fountains/buckets, varying depths. The kids always have a blast there and at the playground. Bethany Beach and all local beaches are short, easy drives from this location, which added to the fun. Communication with the owner, Nora, has always been super easy and worry-free. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay.
Second time staying in Forest Landing. Chose this particular location due to the proximity to the clubhouse and the outdoor seating. Home was just as listed and very comfortable. Only suggestion to future renters, basic pantry staples not available (unless a previous renter happens to leave items behind). You may want to come prepared if driving.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have 4 children and there was plenty of room for them. Short walk to the community pool which is wonderful. We love Bethany Beach which is a short drive. The host Nora, was wonderful at communicating and ver accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

The outdoor pool is nice and big . Kids will love it. Fire pit at night is nice for just seating there. State of art excise room and equipment will keep you fit while on the vacation. There are also tennis court, Pickleball court and walk trial at community.
