Laura chose this property for the fabulous central valley location. The cul-de-sac provides wonderful privacy. Golf, tennis and swimming are steps away. Excellent restaurants and activities in Palm Springs and surrounding communities are very accessible. Flights are convenient, and the airport is an easy one to navigate.
The condo floor plan is spacious and open, allowing multiple activities. The larger-than-average bedroom suite and attached bath has its own wing, providing desirable privacy. An additional full bath is perfect for two.

We have enjoyed your condo and the consideration you have shown in making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay for an extended period. It feels like a home. We have been happy here and being here has been a joy.
We have enjoyed exploring the area, with multiple trips to Joshua Tree National Park and into the different mountain ranges that rim the valley. We also have enjoyed the the pool and your patios. I sometimes work at the tables outside.
I assure you that if we get a "Palm" area itch in the future, we will be calling you.

We enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo immensely.
The condo is situated in perhaps the best location in the Cathedral Canyon Country Club. It is away from road noise and near the pool and tennis courts.
If you love golf and tennis, this condo will appeal to you. This development takes tennis seriously and they have a pro shop and lessons. However, this comes at a premium. Since we are casual tennis players, we found a neighbourhood court to play at. If we return, we'd definitely look at getting a membership, but we weren't there long enough to warrant one.
This is a large well-equipped one bedroom two bathroom condo. It is clean and absolutely perfect for couples who want their separate bathrooms. As well, the kitchen has everything one could want to cook their meals, which is nice for a long term stay. The bedroom is large, with a nice walk in closet. And the bed is very comfortable too. The only drawback for some might be that the bed is quite high off the floor and there are eight inch step stools on either side to access the bed. We didn't mind this and got used to it, but it might present a problem for elderly folks.
Other bonuses we appreciated were the large screen TV, the two cozy sofas to curl up on and read,, and the view of the fruit trees and pool area from the living room. We fell in love with the aroma of the grapefruit blossoms. It made us feel as though we were in a tropical paradise.
This is a safe condo too. One day we went out and accidentally left the garage door open, but we were relieved to find out that our neighbor had called Laura and took care of it for us. Thus, we always felt safe knowing our neighbors were keeping their eyes out for us.
Overall, we highly recommend Laura's condo. She is lovely to communicate with and so is her property manager, Randy.
We stayed for the month of February 2018 and had the pleasure of meeting both Laura and Randy. They are truly awesome people who go above and beyond to make sure things are to their renters liking. The condo is in a very good location close to all CCC amenities and is outfitted with everything you need for a cozy and comfortable stay. The bikes were much appreciated and well used. We definitely will be returning to stay at Laura's Pretty Palm Springs Condo again next year. Thank you Laura and Randy, it was a pleasure to meet you and we look forward to seeing you again next year.
The condo was spic & span when we arrived. The bed is very comfortable and there’s a nice variety of pillows. Lots of fluffy towels. It is convenient having two separate bathrooms. Everything is well stocked and there’s plenty of storage space for personal items in the bathrooms and bedroom.
The living room has lots of comfy furniture which is in good condition. We had to arm wrestle for the recliner which is in the perfect place in front of a very large television. Plenty of windows and sliding doors so you can adjust the sunlight.
The kitchen has like new appliances and is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal but if you want to go out to eat, there are so many restaurants that are very close. There’s also 3 different areas outside where you can eat or just relax. There’s two pools close by and citrus trees just steps away.
It’s really nice having an enclosed garage which adds to the security of being in a gated community. The grounds are desertscape that is pretty and well maintained.
Laura, the owner also provides nice cruising bicycles if you are so inclined.
When asked if I have any suggestions, I can’t think of one thing that’s needed to improve things.
Laura (owner) & Randy (manager) are so warm and welcoming. They want your vacation to be perfect and quickly respond if you have any needs. We just love, love, love coming here and plan on returning year after year.

This is our second stay at Laura's condo so we are becoming old hands. Pack lite as most everything is provided! We love the washer/dryer as we can pack a month worth of clothes in a carry on each. The place is large for a 1 bed, you could easily entertain over a dozen friends. The golf course and tennis courts are a 1 min walk across the street, there are 2 pools very close by. I used the one right out the back for morning and nightly hot tubs and was always alone. We have found all the shopping places, Aldi,Food4less,Costco,Walmart. The In/out Burger is 10 min's away ( go at just past 11 for pre-crowd enjoyment)The airport is ten min's away. We rented a car at Enterprise on the 111 and saved a lot over renting at the airport, AM/PM Shuttle will take you to and from the Airport, just call and pre-book,
Thanks to Randy, he's very nice, we didn't need his help as everything went flawlessly but he is 5 min's away if you need him. Thanks Laura, SO easy to deal with, Southern charm and grace! We have booked for next time already!

This large condo does not disappoint....super comfy bed, large walkin closet and well equipped kitchen! The living room had plenty of comfortable seating. The bathrooms were updated, clean with awesome towels. We appreciated all the personal touches that made this feel homey.
Everything was just as advertised and we were very pleased!
