A fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and

mountain views make food preparation a pleasure.

The enclosed kitchen courtyard has a gas grill.

The living area is a large L-shaped space

with four activity areas -- generous enough for togetherness --

spacious enough for separation and not stepping on each others toes.

Comfortable seating choices in the living area include

two long sectionals, club chair with ottoman, and reclining chair.

Art, lamps and accessories complete all rooms.
