Newly added master suite and bath as well as family room also have stunning lake views.

Amazing Location!!!
Absolutely loved staying at this location! We have vacationed in Holland for years now, and this property is the best location we’ve found to this point! Wonderful home, tons of space and amenities near by. On your own private beach made it great for much needed relaxation days! We truly loved everything about the home and the experience with the owner and the small community it resides in.

Perfect lakefront property for family
Great location on Lake Macatawa in Holland, MI. Walk or drive to State Park Beach. Sunrises in the backyard sunsets at Ottawa Beach. Perfect location for the weekend.

Ideal in Holland
Columbus Day/Indigenous People Day weekend said “go to Holland again”. Being a frequent visitor, we were very familiar with Holland, but this trip was unique, including our daughter’s family. This property easily accommodated our group of six. The location on the north side of Lake Mac made it easy to drive up the lake shore to Grand Haven and also was very convenient to downtown Holland. Because it was a lake front property, we brought along our kayaks. Our entire family had quite the long weekend - the house was very comfortable for all of us. We are considering going back during warmer weather.

We are a family of 6 who enjoy living in Holland Michigan - especially beautiful Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan. We delight in hearing stories of how much people enjoy our home and the peaceful setting.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our home because of it's location on Lake Macatawa in close proximity to Lake Michigan. We were also attracted to the peaceful neighborhood with lots of mature oak trees as well as the double lot offering lots of space for recreation and privacy. The homes character, ample size and history were also something we found attractive.

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan are available to us. We also enjoy the space of two lots - very uncommon in Lake front living. The fact that the home was both a classic cottage with knotty pine and field stone fireplace AND newly expanded and updated was a huge plus for us. The home has lot of character. We especially enjoy exercise - so walks to the Holland Pier or riding our bikes along Lake Shore Drive is something we often do. We were also looking for a water front home with a sandy beach and sandy lake bottom. This together with the gentle slope of the lake allows for kids of all ages to play in the water with far less parental concern.
