This ground level unit is fully equipped and sleeps 6 comfortably with BRAND NEW beds in both bedrooms.

Recently remodeled with all the modern conveniences including solid surface countertops, modern kitchen with new stove, and recently remodeled bathroom fixtures.

Not only is the sand dunes and beach just outside the patio, but renters can enjoy all the amenities of the Pajaro Dunes resort including tennis courts, walking trails, biking trails, basketball court, DVD rental library, natural lagoon with native birds and cozy fire pits located on the beach.

Pajaro Dunes is a mile and a half of sun-drenched, white sand beach on a secluded strip of the magnificent Monterey Bay coastline.

Extended monthly stays are welcomed. Please contact for specific monthly rates.

Need a break from the sand? Just hop in the car and within 30 minutes you can be in beautiful Monterey to the south or historic Santa Cruz to the north.

Also, within minutes, is shopping in Watsonville and some of the best Mexican and seafood restaurants in the world.

Wonderful place in the dunes!
We loved this beautiful condo! It is well-equipped, light and roomy, and has everything you need for a perfect weekend at the beach. It fit our group of 5 perfectly, and we loved being able to access the beach in a matter of seconds. The owners were great communicators as well. We’ll be back!

Off the beaten path
Great if you just want to hang out at the beach and want quiet. If you are looking for a little more excitement, you will have to drive there. Property is not fancy but will do for a couple of nights.

The condo worked well for our family. The location was great. We really enjoyed the beach as well as the nature pond walk. Would definitely stay again.
