Wake up every morning to incredible views of Mission Bay and the blue Pacific Ocean!

Come stay at our remodeled house with stunning views of the blue Pacific and Mission Bay, San Diego. You'll be 2 blocks from Mission Bay, 5 minutes from Mission Beach, 5 minutes from La Jolla, 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego, 15 minutes from Del Mar and 15 minutes from Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo!

We are kid friendly! We love hosting to families with children!

Some of the features of the house are:

- Amazing views of Mission Bay and the Ocean from every room in the house.
- Brand new kitchen with new G/E stainless steel appliances, new cherry wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops and beautiful porcelain tile.
- Two big decks - one off living room and one off upstairs Master Bedroom. Both decks have amazing views of Mission Bay and the ocean.
- 3 Bedrooms each with its own bathroom and big walk-in closets.
- The Master Bathroom is amazing with Honey Onyx tile throughout and beautiful medallion in the center.
- Great view of the Sea World fireworks at night.
- Two fireplaces: one downstairs in living room and the other in master Bedroom.
- 3 HD definiton TV's built into wall including cable tv for all 3.
- Wifi connection throughout house.
- natural gas grill available on deck
- Beautiful garden on side yard.
- Mission Bay is two blocks away.
- Its a short bike ride to Mission Beach and La Jolla. You can get on the boardwalk two blocks from the house and bike ride for miles along the bay and beach.

My wife and I stay in the guest house just below the house. We're readily available if a guest has any issues or needs assistance with anything.

Amazing Home
My family and I just stayed there for a week. The pictures of the house don’t even come close to showing how beautiful it is. It was clean. Had plenty of amenities, and great location. The boardwalk and beach are about 10 minutes away. Now the view…Words can’t describe how incredible the view from both the main floor and the master bedroom is. It was breathtaking. Also, most nights you could see the fireworks from Sea World which was really cool. The kids loved them. The owner Bill was easy to work with and extremely helpful if we needed anything and occasionally checked in to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Ryan

The pictures do no do justice for this place!!! Views beyond belief and everything you could need in the house. We stayed here while down for a soccer tourney, 15 minutes from Del Mar Surf Complex fields! Will definitely stay here again!!

EXCELLENT, BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH GREAT VIEW!!!
First, a very beautiful and spacious home. Home located in a quiet neighborhood. My wife and I found it to be very clean, well furnished and stocked with all the necessities we needed for our vacation stay. The most outstanding feature is simply the bay view you get shortly upon entry, from the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, terrace, master bedroom and upstairs patio and terrace areas. Very nice. Our host, (Bill) was very responsive to a couple of concerns/questions we had. He was very professional, respectful, courteous, friendly and helpful. My wife and I especially appreciated him giving a short tour of their garden. He offered us great tomatoes and lemons from the garden and indulged my wife’s request to cut a few of his gorgeous roses and display them in the house. This made our wedding anniversary stay even more pleasant. My wife really enjoyed the great San Diego weather. We also appreciated the great location. We were always just minutes away from all our destinations. Finally, I will say that well within 24 hours of arrival, my wife was expressing her desire to return. Thanks Bill.

Lovely Views of the bay.
Bill was a great host, was available throughout our trip and made settling in easy, which with two kids is essential. Views of the bay was lovely and we caught the fireworks at night. It’s in an ideal location and is a short distance from the zoo which was amazing also.

I originally grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area (Pleasant Hill) and moved to San Diego in 1990. I loved the Bay Area and go back up there often however I really loved the beach, great weather and beautiful city of San Diego. I was a swimmer growing up and I still swim a few days per week. I also love to play beach volleyball and San Diego is the perfect place for that. For work, I manage the computer programming department at PriceSmart.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful property in the perfect location to visit San Diego. Its right next to the beach, La Jolla, Balboa Park, the Zoo, Sea World, Downtown and Del Mar. Coronado Island is only 20 minutes away also. And the house has AMAZING views from every room!
