NEWLY REMODELED, SPACIOUS FAMILY FRIENDLY CONDO with pool and nearby beach

This spacious 2200sq ft family friendly condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor. It is newly remodeled, with new floors on the first two floors, a larger dining room table, and new couches and chairs. Plenty of room for the whole family or a large group of friends with lots to do around this lakefront vacation area. A walk out patio and 2 balconies overlooking Lake Erie. Pool on site. Wake up to a sun rise over the waters of Lake Erie. Plenty of flat screen TV's. Weber gas grill on the patio and full stove/range. All linens provided along with full dishes and pot/pans. Just bring your bathing suit!

Very close to the ferry for a day of fun on the islands of Put in Bay or Kelleys Island. Several charter boats are close by for the best fishing on the Great Lakes. Cedar Point and Kalahari Waterpark are within an easy 30 minute drive. Ten minutes to East Harbor State Park which has a beautiful public beach. It will be a vacation that is not easily forgotten!

Condo is stocked with DVD's, children's books, indoor and outdoor toys for the kids, a few adult reads, board games, foosball table, pool and sand toys and an arcade game that will take you back in time. We have baby gates, pack n play with bedding, toddler bed, and a high chair available. Our family had so much fun staying here, we decided to purchase a condo here and share it with all of you!

Girl Scout Fall Break Trip
This place was spectacular for our Girl Scout troop. We spent Day 1 at Cedar Point which is just a half hour away. We spent our second day on Kelleys Island. The ferry landing was just a five-minute drive down the road. There were eight of us total and the bedroom accommodations were perfect. The space was clean and inviting and we had everything we needed for a fun-filled stay. We had a ball! Thanks for allowing us to stay with you.

Clean, spacious, comfortable condo
This is a well maintained condo with a clean pool. My only disappointment was that while you can see the lake from a third floor balcony, none of the nearby beaches are public. You have to drive 10 minutes to the state park for a beach. Otherwise, very nice. My boys loved the fuseball table!

Perfect vacation
My husband and myself took our 2 sons and daughters in law and 5 grandchildren from age 2 to 17. Everyone has a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The balconies on all three floors were a great addition. Plenty of things to do in the area. Thinking of going back next year with friends. Also the pool was nice and the neighbors were especially friendly.

Great location to explore Lake Erie’s Ohio shores
We enjoyed our visit and had a nice stay at the condo. We loved having the three levels for our kids to spread out. The condo is within 10-20 minutes of some great places to explore along the shore: Marblehead Lighthouse, East Harbor State Park, port Clinton (and the Jet Express to PIB), Catawba, and 30 minutes from Sandusky. The only negatives causing the 4 stars were that the pool needed a cleaning and the towels were a little worn but otherwise the amenities were good. Bring hand soap, dish soap and a sponge for the kitchen. The green space view from the 3rd floor now has new houses being built … though the lake view is still there and wonderful to wake up to!
