Property sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the master bedroom,  1 queen bed in the second bedroom & a twin trundle bed in living room.   Each bedroom along with the living room has a balcony with amazing ocean views.  Kitchen is fully equipped.  Walking distance to shops, restaurants & the Pismo Beach Pier.  Fireplace, Wi-Fi and use of copier/fax machine. NO BBQs/NO PETS /NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES/NO EXCEPTIONS! *THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THIS UNIT. Must be 25 years of age to book this property. *Weekly rates available* Please inquire.

We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.

Loved this place and the location! The views of the ocean and sand dunes are unbelievable. Loved how light and bright this place was with the high ceilings and huge windows. Perfect place to stay for our son's graduation.
