Our home is an open floorplan 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an over-sized 2 car garage and large driveway. The house has tile and laminate flooring throughout and ample natural light and vaulted ceilings. The property can sleep 6 adults but there is plenty of room for air mattresses for additional guests and there is a pack-n-play for little ones.

With vaulted ceilings in the common areas and in the master bath, this home is perfect for entertaining for Gator games or spending some relaxing time after exploring what Gainesville has to offer.
The family room has great natural light from windows and large glass doors that open onto the fenced in patio and backyard. Take a seat on the couch, chaise lounge, or love seat and enjoy a view of the fireplace or pre-party before heading to the Swamp for some great SEC action. A large TV with DirecTV service and a DVR is at your disposal. We will even try and accomodate requests to set the DVR so your programs are waiting for you upon arrival!
The kitchen provides plenty of room to cook and present a buffet to your guests and is complete with a gas range and oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, crock-pot, garbage disposal, and even has kids utensils and dog dishes. Counter space is ample as is the over-sized Samsung refrigerator. The dining room seats 4 and an the eat-in kitchen can accommodate another 4 adults. A high chair is also on premises for little guests. So eat, drink, and be merry!
The master bedroom is complete with a new queen bed, and huge bathroom and walk-in closet. The well-lit master bath has double sinks and plenty of counter space. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space for luggage or other storage and the vaulted ceilings keep the atmosphere light and airy.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily be pushed together and a large window for great natural light. The third bedroom as a full size, antique poster bed and double wide desk for plenty of space to work or surfing the web.
All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans and there is a digital, programmable thermostat. The house has wireless high-speed internet in all areas. There are a full size washer and dryer in the garage. In addition, the house is completely child and pet friendly with childproofing locks for the fireplace and cabinets, pack-n-play, high chair, toys, etc, as well as dog dishes and a large breed dog crate with bed.
Babysitting services can also be arranged as well as grocery delivery prior to your arrival, for an additional fee.
This private home is located just miles from UF, Santa Fe, and downtown Gainesville on a secluted cul-de-sac. With a corner lot, and fenced backyard, this home provides ample room for adults, kids, and pets.
If you are coming to watch a Gator game or if you are coming to tour campus with your kids, this property will allow you the comforts of a home away from home. In addition, a car is recommended, but not necessary as the nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk down the street.
There are a number of amazing restaurants and bars in Gainesville, along with spectacular museums, and one of the largest enclosed butterfly gardens in the US. Just outside town are the largest grouping of class I springs in the world, offering spectacular scuba diving and tubing experiences.
