Welcome to Mullins Bay 10 “Pandora” by Exceptional Villas. We are proud to be ranked the #1 vacation rental company on Trust Pilot. We offer a full complimentary concierge service to all guests. Located on the prestigious West Coast of Barbados, Pandora is a tastefully furnished four-bedroom, two story Townhouse nestled just a short stroll away from Mullins Beach.

The ground floor comprises of the Living room, Kitchen, Guest bedroom and Shower room. The main living room opens onto a covered patio with outdoor dining and sitting areas overlooking a private plunge pool & garden area. The garden gate provides direct access to a picturesque shared swimming pool, sun terrace & loungers.

The first floor comprises of two additional en-suite Guest bedrooms. Bedroom one is furnished with a King-size bed and Bedroom two with twin beds. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a shared terrace which overlooks the pool deck and offers views of the Mullins Bay Complex.

The Master en-suite Guest bedroom is situated on the second floor, with balcony views over the Mullins Beach area and Caribbean Sea.

A housekeeper is provided 6 days a week.

All Pandora Guests receive complimentary membership to the exclusive and recently refurbished Royal Westmoreland Beach Club, located just 50 yards away on Mullins Beach – Facilities include:

A wonderful time
We had a wonderful time. The villa was really perfect for us. It was bright, nicely laid out, clean, obviously very close to the beach. We took advantage of the large pool at the spa and some of the spa services. The housekeeper, Nancy, is a real gem. You and your team were great to deal with and answered all our questions. It was a wonderful vacation. Thanks very much Antony

Amazing
Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We had a super time and only wish we could have stayed for longer! This is a beautiful secluded villa almost on the edge of Mullins Beach and such an oasis of calm to retreat to after a busy beach day. A stunning house- amazing rooms and wet rooms. A super plunge pool. A large shared pool for the compound of houses, and use of all the tennis and sports facilities at Sugar Hill too. Amazing!

We had a blast in Barbados with our family. The team at Exceptional Villas was super super helpful and thanks to them everything went well. Special thanks to Rowena who was outstanding, booked restaurants for us and more. The App is very useful and helps you with the timing of event booked for you as well as arrival and departure times for the family( we were arriving and flying to different countries). The Villa is located is a very nice complex, one step close to the beach where you can enjoy daybeds provided by tue club. You can also enjoy the amenities (sport club, tennis courts…)at the Royal Westmorland club. The staff, for us the wonderful Ms Nancy, was attentive and always ready to help and even cook a delicious Baja’s meal for us. Overall a fantastic experience and we HIGHLY recommend Exceptional Villas. We will be back !
