This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams, Alabama Gulf Coast. The Beach Club Avalon 807 is very nice, luxury two bedroom condo with 2 and 1/2 baths with King and Queen beds and sofa sleeper. It located right on the Beach with a Direct View of the sugar white sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living room and master bedroom lead to the large nicely furnished balcony. Upgrades include: granite counter tops, high ceilings, HDTVs, quality furnishings and beautiful tropical art. The living room has a spectacular ocean front view with comfortable sleeper sofa, recliner and large chair with ottoman. Free WIFI, HDTV with cable and Blu-ray DVD.

The King Master bedroom adjoins a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combo, plus a walk-in closet. The Queen guest room adjoins the second bath, with a bath/shower combo. You will enjoy the HDTVs & DVD players in both bedrooms.

The rich coastal accents and art compliment the soft earth tones, creating an elegant atmosphere for your stay.

The dining area has seating for 4 at the table and 3 at the bar. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including a dishwasher and all minor appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer and more. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware.

The bed and bath linens are provided. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility area for your convenience.

You will have access to the pool and jacuzzi at the foot of the tower and may patron the shops and restaurants in the Clubhouse and at the front of the resort.

Since the owner is a member of The Club, you will have access to the private amenities as well with a daily fee, payable at The Club Desk in person for the days you choose. These private amenities include an indoor heated pool, large community pool with poolside entertainment and Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness center, tennis courts and much more!

Beautiful and comfortable
We had such a pleasant relaxing stay here. The view of the beach is amazing. The decor is really nice and the den furniture very comfortable- has two leather recliners and a comfortable sofa. The master bed is very soft (however, we prefer a firmer mattress). There were a few minor things that we mentioned to the management that I’m sure will be repaired before the next guests arrive. I’d highly recommend staying here. Ms Martin makes the renting process easy to navigate and is very helpful and quick to answer questions.

Family Paradise
We found our new favorite family vacation location. The condo was perfect. The whole place was amazingly clean. The whole location is perfect for families that are wanting to get away from the hustle of crazy life.

Absolutely Amazing
We had an amazing time and will certainly be back. The condo was nice the grounds were beautiful. The view was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Very nice place.
Place was very nice. Nicer than we expected. The master bedroom door was not attached to the hinges and when we opened the door to the back porch the wind blew it down. It fell into the floor. Luckily our 2 years old wasn’t standing close by. We made the person we booked it with aware of the broken door. They sent a maintenance person out the next day to fix it. Unfortunately our 2 year old was napping so they were unable to fix the door. The door didn’t really inconvenience us. So that’s why I left a 5 star review. I am surprised the door was left like that though. The door was just propped up against the door frame like it would have been if it were attached. It was basically a accident waiting to happen. I left this detailed review about the door because I think they should have removed the door if it was broken instead of leaving it like that. It could have fallen on our child.

Beautiful Ocean View
Condo was very upscale with updated furniture and a wonderful balcony that could be accessed from the master bedroom and the living room. Gorgeous view from the 8th floor and easy access to the beach. Dinner in the Beach Club was excellent. We enjoy a gated resort community with security. Fort Morgan was ideal and less crowded but close enough to great restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommend.
