The Urban Cottage . . . This is an amazing view of Skaha Lake. 1420 sq ft, outdoor heated salt water pool from mid-May to mid-October. This property is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis for mid-June thru August. See calendar for details.- Gas BBQ, Private bath off the master, 5 major appliances, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, parking - located in a gated community. Private in-suite laundry. Located 10 minutes south of Penticton on Skaha Lake - in the community of Okanagan Falls. There are 2 sets of french doors leading to the Lake. Wifi. Gated Community. Whether you want to remain active or wind down - the is an amazing - the sunny Okanagan allows for both. Please feel free to contact Owner for questions Enjoy!

Great customer service!
We had a vacation booked during the fires in Kelowna and Okanagan Falls which forced us to cancel our trip, however, during the booking process, cancellation, communication, etc. Jo was incredible! She was so nice to deal with, helped us along the process (first time booking with VRBO) and was understanding and worked with us in the cancellation. We will booking again with Jo in the future!

Would not give me back my money..
The communication was terrible. I was asked for my I.d and deposit which I was unable to provide due to the fact that I did not get a single response from the host. Therefore I was not given the code to enter and was denied my whole refund. I don't know why it's even listed. I booked for 2 days and did not receive a single message at all.

The property location and property were beautiful and well stocked. We were given the wrong building number and the wrong code to get into the property and we couldn’t get the key to open the patio area and when I phoned about it was just told to look at another spot where there wasn’t anything

Very spacious, great location
This was an awesome getaway. Great for larger or multiple families to share, the space was great and big enough for all of us . We had lots to do and place was near everything we needed. We were able to bring our boat up and Joanna was super helpful with providing us with more information on storage/launching/etc. Will definitely look at coming back next summer.

Why they chose this property

The location on the Lake is amazing! Two sets of french doors lead to your private patio on the Lake. An active bike/walking path located from your front door that follows Skaha Lake. The scenery is outstanding.

What makes this property unique

Guests continually comment on: i) how clean this unit is upon check-in ii) how well equipped this unit is during their stay. As an Owner, I send travellers a "List of Items You May Want to Bring" that they will not find on site. For example, a First Aid kit. This helps to ensure they have everything they need to explore the beautiful Okanagan.
