Ocean One 406 - Beachside 4th Floor Condo

Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 406 enjoy a landscape view, free wi-fi and won't have to cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. 4th floor ocean-side condo sleeps 6 people with comfort. King bed in the primary bedroom, another King in BR 2 plus 2 Twins in BR3. New 60" smart TV in the living room and ceiling fans plus USB chargers in all 3 bedrooms. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Has three flat screen TVs.

Not the greatest trip ever, but always the greatest at Ocean One
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 19th “girls trip,“ to Hilton Head, a trip we look forward to from the moment we leave till the time we arrive the next year..Seashore vacations, as always, wonderful to work with, and very responsive to our needs. The condo itself, could use some updating, but was comfortable and fairly well stocked. They were some minor cleaning issues, which Seashore addressed within an hour of being notified of them.Because the building is undergoing some renovations, it was quite noisy, but the grounds and the pool were pristine, and, as always, the ocean and the sunrises are just the greatest from this vantage point. We look forward to our 20th trip in just 51 more weeks.

Great location, could have been alot cleaner
Great location, check in quick and easy, spacious for our family and friends. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo, definately bare minimum was done. Under the dressers and beds did not look like they have been vacuumed in a very long time. I cleaned up sticky, brown soda all over the table and legs. I wish it would have been cleaned alot better. The blinds in the bedrooms were missing and broken which made the sunlight annoying in the mornings. New blinds in boxes were under the beds.

Family vacation
The condo was perfect, it had everything needed. The location of Ocean One is perfect. Kids can walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and beach is easily accessible. We had a gem test time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine. The weather was good after a couple of days, which no one has any control of bad weather.The elevator did not work when we came and it was not a good experience carrying out luggage and all up 4 flights of stairs.

Property is in perfect location for walk to restaurants and beach. Many golf courses close by and easy to get too! Perfect space for our golf trip.
