Ocean One 211 - Oceanfront 2nd Floor Condo

This 3 bedroom oceanfront condo sleeps 8 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom 2, two doubles in bedroom 3, and a living room sleep sofa. Each bedroom has a full-sized private bath. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 211 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Ocean One 211 is not updated as other units at Ocean One. The cost per week reflects the adjustment from other updated units at Ocean One.

Great location, but under construction
Great unit. Great location. Work being done on the building a bit of a bummer and no elevator a major inconvenience as we were traveling with older relatives.

Beach Vacation with Seashore
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seashore Vacations, Inc. was easy to correspond with and very informative on what to expect on our vacation at Ocean One 211. They made sure we had the information we needed. We knew up front that Ocean One 211 needed updating, but it had what we needed for our group. Ocean One 211 does need updating, but it is clean, well maintained and well stocked with supplies and kitchen utensils.The pool was very accessible and enjoyable. And the beach was an easy walk with a well maintained walkway. The morning sunrise was beautiful.

Rental should be updated before being allowed to be rented out again. We will not rent from this unit again. The current condition of this unit distracted from our enjoyment of our vacation.

Perfect location
The property location was ideal. It was a easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beware this condo is VERY outdated. Two of my sisters stayed at Ocean One and their units were much nicer. This unit lacks fans, outlets are loose, ceiling is falling down in the kitchen, and all the cabinets are falling apart. If you can get past that, the location is perfect. Also just as an fyi the pool closes at sunset. We weren’t expecting that. The view is amazing.
