Overview

About the property

Lakefront 3 BR, 2.5 bath home with large deck and gameroom.

Enjoy your lake vacation in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. **New for 2017** We added a partially paved driveway; replaced the linens, pillows, comforters, and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms; new pots and pans, kitchen knives, and a Keurig in the kitchen; new Sony sound bar in the living room, new gas grill on the downstairs patio, added a walkway from the front to the back of the house, and put in a ceiling on the downstairs patio so you can grill or sit under the porch when it rains without worrying about getting wet!

Large, open floorplan combining kitchen, dining, and living room overlooking the lake. A first floor game room with laundry and a half bath, two bedrooms on the main floor, and a loft master with ensuite bath and jetted tub!

Imagine waking up to longwater views and enjoying your morning coffee out on the deck surrounded by peace and tranquility. For breakfast, either fix it your self in the fully stocked kitchen designed specifically so you catch the full view of the lake while cooking on the electric, flat top Jenn Aire stove, or call in a hot breakfast order and pick it up at Diamond Hill General Store, a short 5 minute drive away.

Spend the day fishing off the splinterless Trex dock, sunbathing on the dock's upper level, or swimming in the warm, clear water of the lake. Hop in the canoe or paddleboat and explore the shoreline without all the boat traffic of the main channels. Or if you brought your boat or jet ski, there is an extra slip in the dock just for you! (If you didn't bring a boat or jet ski, rentals are available at the marina about a 20 minute drive away).

Anyone up for a game of ping pong or foosball? Try out the ping pong or foosball tables in the game room for a bit of fun, or to pass the time while doing laundry. (A full size washer and dryer are in the laundry closet of the game room).

Perhaps you'd rather go in to Bedford and explore the little antique shops or head to the marina to people watch and feed the catfish. Either direction, it's about a 20 minute drive.

After watching the sunset, enjoy a movie at home, select one of ours from our large selection of Blu Ray and 3D movies or grab one from the Red Box at the Food Lion (10 minute drive), pop it in the Blu Ray player to watch it on the large 3D flat panel television while relaxing on the oversized L shaped sofa in the great room!

Winding down for the evening? Take a nice long soak in the jetted tub in the master suite before climbing into the comfy, cozy, king size pillow top mattress bed. You'll drift right off to sleep. And don't worry about the rest of the family, they will have their own queen size pillow top mattress beds to sleep on!
