This brand new, two-story townhouse at the corner of one of the recently built blocks of the Compass Bay gated community is just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping malls, attraction parks, and all the leisure and entertainment options that Orlando/Kissimmee area has to offer.
Compass Bay is ideally situated on Poinciana Blvd. between US 192 and SR 535 with easy access to major Florida highways, such as I-4, Osceola Parkway, and International Drive.
Guests can enjoy Compass Bay's amenities, organize a BBQ in the community gazebos, relax and have fun at the swimming pool, or take the little ones in the family to the playgrounds.
Stylish and modern décor with fresh hues in all of its ambience, this vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
The ground floor features a full-equipped kitchen, the family room, and dinning area. Guests can relax and enjoy watching a movie on the 60 Smart TV.
On the upper floor one can find the master bedroom with KingSize bed, 55 Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom, the second master bedroom with QueenSize bed, 50 Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two TwinSize beds and the 4th has a pair of Twin Size bunk beds. Along this floor there are two more bedrooms, both with a pair of TwinSize beds sharing the bathroom with shower. The washer/dryers area is also in this floor.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays.
