Just steps away from the gourmet general store/lobster pound, the gift shop, the working waterfront.
Enjoy kayaking and shore fishing from "the gut" ( also known as Fletcher's Neck on many maps) or birdwatching and outdoor painting in the Rachel Carson/ BP land trust park.
Save money on beach parking permit - it's just a short walk to the finest beach in southern Maine!
There is also a second, locals only, unattended beach even closer!

A great place to take in scenery soaked walks, a leisurely bike ride or just sit out on the rocks!

Plenty of room to relax and still enjoy the indoors in the unlikely event of poor weather!

The Village itself is a beehive of activity during the day, then the streets shut down when the store does, and its quiet and tranquil! Just the stars and distant lights twinkling on the water.

When returning from beach, please hose off legs and feet at one of the outdoor spigots before entering the house.
There are basic checkout chores, like stripping the beds and putting dirty linens in the tub, taking out the trash, emptying the fridge, clean dishes

Convenient location in the heat of Biddeford Pool
A comfortable home with a water view. Just steps away from Goldthwaits store and an easy walk to the beach. Anne is an accommodating hostess. Looking forward to returning next summer.

We had a great week. The property owner was terrific and really cared that we enjoyed our stay in her property. Our airline lost our luggage and she was really supportive and helpful while we sorted it out with the airline. Her property is extremely well cared for, well stocked with kitchen supplies, pretty views of the harbor and a clutch location in the little town … Easy and short walk to beach, coast and town. Thank you very much for a great stay.

A relaxing home close to The Store with beautiful views of the Pool. Easy walk to the beach. Friendly and accommodating owner. Looking forward to going back next summer.

Like so many others, my family purchased this house to be closer to extended family.
Over time, the two family configuration proved ideal, as I could care for my Mom, while we both maintained our respective privacy and independence.

Seniors often have limited choices and many concerns in unknown residential units. While not ADA compliant, it is designed to be safe.

Under our ownership, this has has never been, nor ever will be an "income unit". It is a home and needs to be treated as such.

Why they chose this property

Being in the heart of the village is the best of both worlds.
High energy during the day, close to everything, but then quiet and tranquil the minute the store closes at 7 30.

What makes this property unique

Most people who discover Biddeford Pool think it's their own idyllic discovery. The more time you spend here, the more things you actually find to do. It reveals itself to the attuned.
