You can choose between hopping off on a few minutes’ drive to the world famous archaeological site of Phaistos (22 Km) and Gortyna (12 km) or enjoying the wonderful golden-sand beaches of Tripiti (12 km), Matala (30 km), Lentas (20 km), and Kalamaki (33 km).
