Located in the historic Marigny Triangle, Le Château de Pauger can easily host your group; it boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and ample living space. The generous master suite has a king-sized bed and lavish en suite bathroom. Large second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, and additional sleeping arrangements are available for larger groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. This property offers more than its luxurious interior accommodations; guests can retreat to a private backyard oasis to refresh and rejuvenate after a day in the French Quarter. Enjoy multiple outdoor seating arrangements, a grill provided for your use, and the outdoor sound system, all within the complete seclusion provided by your privacy fence. The property was amazing - looked even better in person, and Alex was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and very timely in responses. Awesome location (right next to Marigny and the French Quarter). Would stay again here in a heart beat.

Amazing home and hospitality!
So many reviews have already sung the praises of these amazing hosts, it seems redundant - but if you think the reviews are too good to be true, you are wrong. My kids said repeatedly "this is the nicest place we've ever stayed" and I agree - beautifully remodeled, impeccably cleaned, comfortably furnished. Everything you want in a home away from home. And only a ten minute walk to the best action on Frenchmen St, or 20 mins to the heart of the French Quarter. And my favorite part was the little things - the REAL, soft, comfortable bath towels and cozy bed linens. The fact that there was hand soap at every sink and laundry detergent to use. And of course the snacks and jazz music playing upon arrival made us feel welcome from the start! Really can't recommend this place highly enough if you are staying in the NOLA area. You won't be sorry!

NOLA Vacation
We chose this property for our stay primarily because of its location and ability to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable. We mostly walked for excursions....3 blocks to French Quarter, 2 blocks to Frenchmen Street and 9 blocks to French Market. The outside space was nice on sunny afternoons with a drink or cigar. For airport pick-up/return and further destinations we used The Big E, and Barbara, our driver was a treat. Her knowledge of the city and it's history was interesting and helpful. Robert's Market is a quick walk for some basic provisions and Loretta's for beignets add to the convenience and neighborhood feel. Don't miss The Ruby Slipper for brunch and creative cocktails. So good we visited twice and just a few blocks away. Our host, Alex made the check-in process easy and provided a detailed information sheet on the property and neighborhood tips. All 6 of us were happy with the house and would repeat our choice of this property.

Beautiful home in New Orleans
This is a 3 bedroom home with 2.5 baths. Very comfortable and cozy feeling with lots of room. Nice backyard to sit and sip wine and comfy beds. Owners left plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. This home is about 0.7-1 mile from the center of the French district. We walked there every day and sometimes twice a day! We were able to watch one of the major parades on Fat Tuesday to complete the whole experience. We would totally recommend this home to anyone who wants to have fun in New Orleans and also wants to have a nice place to relax in the evening.

Located in the Faubourg Marigny, the Chateau is just a short walk away from the heart of the French Quarter!

Stereo and Television System -
One of us will most likely meet you and your group at the property to greet and shake hands. If not, we will arrive shortly after you all have settled in so that we may give you a quick tutorial of how to use the sound system / television / internet radio, etc. The two zone sound system sound system is controlled by an Onkyo receiver which can be remotely controlled from your smartphone by downloading the Onkyo Remote app. (Compatible with Iphone, Android, and Windows smart-phones.) The digital system in place has so many features that even we have yet to learn all of them. Rest assured of the following - it is absolutely incredible!

Groceries and Stocked Items -
We have a variety of amenities that will await you and your party. There are several coffee makers (varied in design and function), k-cups upon your arrival and a full service kitchen.

Utility Room & use of Washer and Dryer -
The home has a utility room that includes a washer and dryer as well as other miscellaneous cleaning supplies. Please feel free to wash and dry your clothing during your stay. Laundry detergent, softener, iron/ironing board, and more - all available to you.
