Apartment is located on absolute quiet street, close to city center, circa 5-7 minute on foot to the city center and the ferry and bus terminals. It is ideal for a pleasant stay and peaceful sleep.
The balcony has an outstanding 180 degree great panoramic view overlooking the Kvarner bay, the sea, the city center, the sea, island Cres, opatijska riviera and the mountain Ucka. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view with coffee, food, etc.

It is perfect space to enjoy in breakfast or dinner overlooking the sea, or to simply relax watching sunrise.
It's a beautiful view from the kitchen and living room, not only from the balcony.
in the kitchen you can sit on a bar chairs by the window and enjoy the view.
The apartment is very bright, fully furnished equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It has unlimited and fast access to WI-FI and aircondition/heating unit (we don't charge it!).

It is easy stroll from the center.

-a sofa bed (for sleeping 2 person), large LCD TV with stereo speakers, video player, CD player, work desk, cable (you can connect laptop to TV via HDMI), relax chair

Fulll equipped kitchen:
- stove, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, chopper, silverware, plates, LED lighting and everything else you need to cook or eat a great meal
- dining table, chairs

Bedroom:
-a comfortable double bed (160X200 cm), bed lights, big closet, LCD TV/monitor (you can connect laptop/tablet to TV via our cable)

Bathroom:
- brightly space, shower, sink and washing machine; towels are included
- a hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also available



The apartment is on building, it is completely separate and self contained, on the fourth floor, going up the stairs.
At the entrance to the building is free parking space.
