Enjoy a spectacular ocean view. You will be overwhelmed by the expansive view of Sugar Beach, water view off the Lanai, and the sounds of the ocean. This condominium is designed tastefully with furnishings and accessories in a gorgeous modern family style theme. The condominium has plenty of room for relaxing--large living space, and covered lanai.

The unit is located on the fourth floor facing south and has 15 feet of spectacular ocean view out the slider and master bedroom window. From our lanai enjoy the greatest whale watching in Maui from late December to mid April , as the Humpback's bring their young to the protected water of Maalaea Bay. The world famous 'Freight Train is one of the fastest and longest surfing waves, best in the summer. You will see views of the Haleakala Volcano from the condo and Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island, the Maalaea Harbor Marina can be seen from the outer permimeter of the condo. This is a great location that is close to all the attractions of Maui--10 minutes from the airport, yet 40 feet from the ocean. The condo is within walking distance to the Maui Aquarium, the Maalaea Harbor for whale watching tours, and a secluded 7 miles white sand beach.

About Pat Braun

My husband and I grew up in the mid west and moved to California in the early 70's. We fell in love with Maui in the late 80's, which took us over 20 years to go back and purchase our piece of Paradise. We have recently painted every surface, put in a tri-zone A/C system, new windows and slider, new woven wood window covering, tinted the windows to eliminate glare, kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, pocket door for easy entry to the guest bathroom from living room, updated the kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, removed the popcorn ceiling, and added new furnishings.

This centrally located condo is within 10-20 minutes driving time to Kihei, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Wailuku, and Kahului.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

My husband and I along with another couple reserved this condo for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every night. In fact we've already reserved it for next year. We love staying in Ma'alaea Bay. It's so convenient to everything on the island, very quiet and low keyed. Pat's condo is beautiful, has a wonderful view for watching whales and turtles and overall the most comfortable condo we've stayed in. It's more than accommodating for 4 adults to either sit or lie down very comfortably in the living area. The beds are very comfortable as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of and need for cooking, every spice in the cabinets along with flour and sugar, and every kitchen appliance you can possibly need. It is also spotless! We loved sitting on the lanai...ate there every time we ate in the condo and grilled out several time on the grounds which are immaculate.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the harbor, we enjoyed eating at Beach Bums and shopping. You can also take dinner cruises, snorkeling and scuba diving, as well as whale watching excursions. If you like walking on the beach, you're in the right place...just a shot walk to get to Sugar Beach, the longest beach on the island. We've done all of them in the years we've stayed in Ma'alaea. With a short drive to Lahaina, we enjoyed eating at Bubba Gumps and Cool Cat Cafe and of course, shopping. If you like a great Elvis impersonator, go to the Maui Theatre for the Burn'N Love show. Darren Lee is fantastic! A short drive to the upcountry is well worthwhile for site seeing, eating at Pollo's for your "Mexican fix", and shopping at Sherri Reeve's gift shop with all of her art work displayed...all in the town of Makawao. There are so many exciting things to see and do on this island and Pat's condo is centrally located to everything on the island.

Pat was so gracious to answer all of my questions, emailed me tips on restaurants, things to see and do, and always responded in a very timely manner...if she couldn't answer my phone call. We look forward to visiting your condo next year! Thank you for everything Pat!

We were absolutely pleased with everything at Pat's condo. Spotless and well maintained.There was not an item we needed as she has everything at your fingertips. Great appliances, nice dishes and you could be there for a period of time and not have a need except for groceries. Beautiful view from the lanai and grounds are well kept. Plenty of information to look at so you can plan your daily trips. The beach is an easy walk and clean. Easy excess to local restaurants and the harbor. Always have enjoyed staying in these condos as we were centrally located for all activities. Pat was commodating and very helpful. Thanks for sharing your home, Gerrie

Very kind owner

This is not a review of the property as I never actually stayed there, but of it's owner, Pat. We booked with her for a 5 day stay, and then had "circumstances beyond our control" just 3 days after booking. I contacted her to let her know and within the week she had refunded our entire deposit, not just the part I was expecting. Thank you, Pat for the honesty and consideration!

Centrally Located!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Pat's condo!! The condo had everything we could ask for and more!! We loved the views from the balcony. Another great experience in Maui

This was our second stay in Pat's beautiful condo, which she continues to improve. Pat is a wonderful host and very helpful in answering questions and offering sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The condo's central location in Maalaea gives the traveler short drives to Kahului, Lahaina & Kihei. The next time we return to Maui, we will not hesitate to book Pat's condo again.
