Spend your next Sonoma Coast vacation at one of the finest and most stylish homes in the Bodega Harbour golf community. An extensive remodel and upgrade of the home was completed in November 2012. Dark wood floors, a new gourmet kitchen, all new bathrooms are just a few of the many upgrades.
The entire home has brand new furniture and 7 LCD TV's - one in each bedroom plus the living room and kitchen. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 on the lower level and 3 upstairs. One bedroom on the lower level, near the kitchen, has a king-size bed to sleep 2 guests. The other bedroom on the lower level has a king-size bed and one twin bed, overlooks the patio and golf course. One full bathroom is on the lower level.
The sexy master suite is a huge room with a large window overlooking the ocean and golf course. The breathtaking view, fireplace, large TV, and plush king size bed make this the best room in the house. What makes it even better is the master bathroom with a deep tub and large standing shower. The bedroom next to the master suite has a comfy king size bed and a view of the hills. The 3rd bedroom on the upper level has killer ocean views and a full-size bed.
The dining room has vaulted ceilings with lots of large windows overlooking the fairway. Enter the patio from the dining room and feel the breeze while looking at the ocean beyond the fairway. The patio has a hot tub, a large barbeque grill, and fire pit.
We have a high-range WiFi router for getting lots of devices online. We have a sweet cable TV package with tons of channels. We don't have a DVD collection but you can order movies on Comcast OnDemand.
There is a sound bar speaker on the cabinet next to the dining table where you can plug in your smart phone to play music. We have a number of games including Scrabble, Monopoly, Battle of the Sexes, Chess, Checkers, Double 9 Dominos, Farkle, Uno and Go Fish. We also have a 300-chip poker set with cards.
The garage has been converted to a game room. It has an air hockey table, pool table, a ping pong table top (place on top of pool table), dart board and an arcade machine.
If you don't feel like cooking in the gourmet kitchen, you can head over to the Harbour Clubhouse down the street to eat at the restaurant or upstairs bar - The Bluewater Bistro. The bar has live music on Friday nights. And last but not least, the golf course is absolutely amazing, with ocean views from every hole. Rates are very reasonable and the course is seldom crowded.
