WEEKLY RENTALS STILL AVAILABLE for our Summer Peak Season 2024
PLEASE NOTE: During our short summer peak season from June 15, 2024, to September 7, 2024, rent WEEKLY, Saturday to Saturday.

Completely furnished with everything except food. Three Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen/Dining room, Laundry Room, Full Bath, additional shower in Master Bedroom, Large Screened-in Porch.
Beds include one Queen, one Double and one Bunk bed.

New in 2023 : New bedroom furniture and fresh paint.
2019 : New couches in living room.
2010 : New sea wall and beach area...New living room furniture, flat screen 40" plasma TV, computer with internet access and an outdoor shed for storage of beach toys, bikes and gear.

Wonderful cottage within walking distance of several restaurants, large city park, and winery. Beautiful Lake Erie access. Property owners very helpful. Would recommend to anyone

Cottage with Amazing View!
Our first visit to the area. Amazing view of Lake Erie, which is a short walk from the cottage. Enjoyed a fire while sitting on the benches and watching the sunset. The cottage was well equipped with everything (kitchenware, soaps, laundry detergent, etc.). Cooked on the gas grill every day. Paul was very responsive to all our questions. Suggested several restaurants in the area - Wild Burrito was awesome! We visited the vineyards/breweries in the area and had a fantastic time! Don't hesitate - book this property if you have the chance. Till next time :)

What a gem
Great little cottage with amazing, private and quiet view of the lake. Has everything you could need. Owner was quick to reach out and provided lots of help on ideas of what to do and go. Cant wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your home!

Hello.. We are Tris and Paul and we welcome you to our home. We have been renting out our summer home since 2000 and we have really enjoyed meeting so many families who have stayed at our place over the years (&the friends who return each year). It is great meeting people from all over who are excited to get together with family & friends and enjoy some time at our beach.
I have lived in Madison most of my life and Tris is from Indonesia. We got married in 2009. We both work together managing the cottage and we thoroughly enjoy it each summer.

Why they chose this property

Growing up in the quaint small town of Madison, I have always been drawn to the lake. So, when I had the opportunity to buy this place in 1999 I jumped on it. Our dream is to eventually build a summer home on the lot where we have our beach and to continue to share it with renters. The past 12 years have been filed with many happy memories shared with so many renters. We take a lot of pride in what we provide and we just love to share the blessings we have.

What makes this property unique

So many renters first show up to our home with a long list of plans of what they want to do during their stay...and most of them are just so content to stay at the beach, watching sunsets, swimming, boating having campfires and cookouts and really do not want to leave. Most renters like the quietness of the private beach.
