Renters enjoy the ENTIRE home with old world charm but the functionality of a modern house .The furniture is antique and the bathrooms are truly lovely. The kitchen is all stainless and white marble counter tops. There is a Washer Dryer, central HVAC, hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs.Lovely front porch and small rear patio. This home is one block from the St. Charles Avenue Street Car line, steps from Magazine Street, the best shopping, antiquing and dining in town. The picture don't show how lovely this house is. The Lafayette Cemetery is a short walk away as well as coffee shops, music and everything else legendary Magazine St has to offer. This Historic neighborhood is so romantic to take a stroll under the huge canopy of oak trees, grab a jazz brunch at Commander's Palace or hop on a street car and get off at the French Quarter and meander into your own adventure.
