Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Joellen was very very with a couple of issues we had. Nice person. However ,no one call us to let us know that the bug spray guy was coming. We were not there when he entered our unit and we had personnel items out. The girl we talked to about this was like sorry but they come every Friday, we were not pleased with her response at all. And we were not happy someone had been in our unit without us knowing

Close to beach
Property was a bit outdated and plenty of rotted boards on steps and deck. Overall had what we needed and was clean. Check in was a cluster but that was due to VRBO. The walk to the beach was a short 3 mins across a busy road. Would stay here again but on the beach side.
