A truly stunning location and beautiful home located in the gated Wilderness Club on the 5th hole of the Nick Faldo designed golf course that has been ranked as the No. 1 course in Montana and recently included in Golf Magazines prestigious Top 100 Courses You Can Play in 2014.

Relax in modern rustic Montana living in this custom home built in 2012. This beautiful home is comprised of a 'Main House' and a 'Bunk House.' The single floor Main House is composed of two bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and master bath (separate shower and soaking tub); a guest room with a queen bed, sitting area and private bath (tub/shower combo). The Main House also contains a gourmet kitchen, dining area, family room, powder room and laundry room.

Both bedrooms in the Main House are furnished with new furnishings and extremely comfortable beds. The Master Bedroom looks out to the Whitefish Mountain Range and has door out to cafe table under the covered porch for a great place to enjoy breakfast. Both the Master Bedroom and Guest in the main house are equipped with a LCD flat screen television with cable. The master bath has heated floors, dual sinks and granite countertops.

The kitchen in the main house opens onto the great room, with family room around the large stone fireplace, dining area, card table and powder room. This is the perfect place for all to gather after a busy day of golfing, fishing, swimming, relaxing or any of the other great things this area of Montana has to offer. The family room in the open living area is oriented around a large stone gas fireplace, over which there is large flat screen LCD television that can be viewed throughout. The dining area is furnished with a trestle table that has seating for 8. Additional seating for 6 is available at an antique oak pedestal table which is also the perfect place for a game of cards. The custom kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, under counter lighting and is fully equipped with small appliances, dinnerware, flatware and utensils. The Main House also has a spacious laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer and utility sink.

The Bunk House is attached to the Main House via a covered porch. Inside the Bunk House are two bedrooms and a loft. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds and the other is furnished with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a spacious loft with two twin beds and a sitting area. The Bunk House also has a family room and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. There is adjacent countertop table for two, leather sofa and flat screen LCD television. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and granite countertops.

Outside the Great Room of the main house, you can relax under the covered porch next to the outdoor gas fireplace and enjoy one of the best views on the Wilderness Club property. This outdoor living room is complete with comfortable love seat and club chairs. Looking across the pond of the fifth hole green you can watch the alpine glow of the sunset on the Whitefish Range. There's also a TV so you won't have to worry about missing the game to enjoy the view.

If you like a traditional wood fire, a wood burning fire pit surrounded by boulders to sit on is available between the main house and bunk house. A gas BBQ and horseshoe pit round-out the outdoor amenities. All of this is enhanced by a landscaped courtyard located between the Main House and Bunk House. There is also a two-car garage and driveway that has plenty of parking space for whatever you bring.
