The property was renovated July 2015 with new hardwood stairs and tile floor downstairs. It is light and bright with modern furnishings.

Large townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and two car attached garage. It offers a split floor plan with kitchen, dining room, living room, small bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs; 2 master bedrooms upstairs on opposite sides with private bathrooms. Can sleep up to 8 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the bedroom downstairs, pull-out loveseat and a couch in the living room. Townhouse is tastefully decorated in beautifully neutral colors. Everything is kept pristine and very clean condition. The unit is facing community park with BBQ grills.

I take pride in my rental property. I personally check the townhouse every time before guests’ arrival. I assess condition of the linens, towels, rugs, dishes, etc. I ensure that house is clean and everything is in working order. I use professional cleaning services after guests’ departure. House get thorough cleaning including windows, baseboards, behind the furniture, top of the ceiling fans, appliances, patio and more. I regularly replace air filters and perform on-going maintenance. All carpets are professionally cleaned every six months.
