The 2500 sq. ft. home on a 1/4 acre treed lot has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, laundry in the garage, cable and high speed wifi. (Please see layout image for more detail)

A complete remodel was finished Sept 2013.

Winter holiday family get together
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there with our family - daughters, sons-in-laws and grandkids. Perfect spaces to hangout together. The house was very comfortable (bed and couches) and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach where you can walk either north or south. Excellent beach for surfing. The house is close to Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Carmel.

Perfect Property!
If you're coming to Pebble Beach / Carmel / Monterey area and need a home to accommodate a nice sized group. This is where you want to stay. So comfortable and clean. Great location with a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is amazing. Wonderful property manager who is very kind and helpful. I will be back. Amazing home!

Great Location and House
Spacious, well-stocked kitchen, amazing location with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others.
