About this property

5 min walk to H lift

This is a spacious two level, fully furnished, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other bedroom is furnished with a day bed and trundle (2 singles). The living room is furnished with a fireplace and tv. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher and all utensils. Washer and dryer. There is a large wrap around deck. There are 2 Roku TV's and wi-fi. I have Max, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple +, and Netflix.
This is my home and not a rental unit. I do ask for a license so I know who is in my home.
My personal stuff will be around, in refrigerator, in some drawers and some in closets, photos are up.
Barbecues are not allowed in any of the condos.
Jacuzzi (not pictured) is not working.
Refund will be issued only if Mountain closes due to covid.
The living room furniture has sharp edges. It is not toddler friendly.
*It's a short walk to the Briarcliff trail on the Mt. 3-minute drive (free parking). If you don't take the H or E lift on the way home, the walk will be 10-12 minutes. Thank you for reading this!

Home was clean and close to the Mountain. I counted 350 steps
Property slept 4 easily. We ended up getting snowed in, there were plenty of dishes, utensils and pots/pans to cook. We would like to stay there again!!

Perfect Ski Condo
Cathy’s condo was a perfect spot for us to stay while skiing Hunter Mt. Loved the easy access of walking to the slopes and appreciated the coziness to relax with our family of 4 at night. Her local recommendations for restaurants were spot on!!
