Location Location Location!! Meticulously maintained 3 bed, 2 bath pool home on a direct access canal with a dock. Located in a quiet sought after neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. Walking distance to Cape Harbour Resort/Marina that is filled with restaurants and shops. Watch the boats, have a drink or enjoy dining in one of the multiple restaurants. Plus from the house you can walk to the grocery, liquor store, many restaurants.

**NOTE** 1/11/2021 New Living room furniture added. Couch transforms into dual movie style recliners with usb ports and wireless cell phone charging stations, plus an additional dual recliner with usb ports. . New Sleeper sofa in 3rd bedroom/office. New Kurig coffee maker added. House stocked with towels, pool toys, bikes, golf clubs plus much much more.

Enjoy the house and watch the boats right from the living room, deck/pool area or sit by the dock. Unique Grecian Dining room design for inside meal, or enjoy the dining area in fully screened in lanai over looking the pool, dock, and water. Great for entertaining or relaxing quietly.

Definitely Paradise!!!
We loved our time at this beautiful place! It was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked so we ate most of our meals there. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable; we woke up feeling refreshed every day. Our favourite part about the place was the pool and area! We swam every day and ate all of our meals pool/canal side. The view was amazing! The use of bikes was also a plus! Some nice places to ride/walk to. The owners were awesome and always quick to respond. We will definitely come back to this place, hopefully for longer!

This is our 3d year & we love it. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool, canal, bikes & Publix within walking distance. house beautiful & perfect size for the 2 of us. Love lanai too. The property manager very responsive. Handyman was a gem- Kenny. Owner has been great too. Hope to be back again next year.

We are grateful to have the opportunity to be repeat renters for many years of PK and Wendy. “Welcome to Paradise” is a very accurate description of exactly how you will feel in this home. If you are looking for a quiet safe residential neighborhood within walking distance to stores and restaurants, this is it. In addition, Cape Harbour, our favorite place to visit for boat watching and live music at its waterfront restaurants, is a mere 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk. The pool is very private, the new dock is a peaceful retreat at sunset. We truly love renting this home yearly and hope for many more memories in the future.

PK and Wendy are a married couple with 3 kids. They currently live in New England but have lived and vacationed in Cape Coral for over 30 years. Planning on moving back to Cape Coral when they retire.

Why they chose this property

The location is the key. Quiet waterfront but in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc.
And for the boater's, we were looking to purchase our dream home for a while and found several houses. But the issue was that they were not "Direct Access" canals (meaning there were bridges or depth restrictions), or the house was a long trip to get out to the gulf. Some well over an hour each way! This house is Direct Access. Easy in and out. Whether you are going for bike ride around the neighborhood to local shopping or bars, or heading out for a day on the water, you have found the right place.
