Location is everything if you are here on business, vacation or just need a place to stay for just a few months. Located four doors down from Walking/Bike Paths along the Bow River to Downtown Calgary, the Zoo and 9th Avenue Restaurants and Shops….This Path has over 100 km or 70 miles of trails.

FINALLY.. I'm from Calgary but live in Phoenix. I bought this property to use as my vacation home a get away from the long hot Phoenix summers.
