Parking garage closed.*** Think of our recently updated condo as your home away from home. We have recently had our condo painted and re-grouted all tile areas to keep it looking fresh! We have added new linens and stocked up our kitchenware. It includes all the amenities you'd expect in a suite and many more including:

**Notice** Amenities closed for repair…Studio and Beach Access available. The Daytona Beach Resort has great dining options and convenience store on site and many more located across the street. On site, enjoy the Reflections for formal dining or the Beach bar on the oceanfront pool deck for more casual fare. Enjoy the convenience of the Belair Plaza located directly across the street. Stores include (Pulix Grocery Store, Walgreens Pharmacy, Dollar Tree, Marshalls Cl, Beals Regular and Outlet Stores, Subway Subs... and much, much more). Denny's, McDonalds and other more upscale restaurant all within walking distance. Easy access to Volusia County Transit.

Ocean Front Park just down the beach towards Ormond Beach Features a splash pad, park and no drive beach. Snacks and restrooms as well as picnic area on site. The town spent over 6 Million Dollars on this new Andy Romano Park!!!

Great location!
Floors were dirty but told they were new and cleaners may not have known they needed to be washed. The rest of unit was clean. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot! Nice new air conditioner.

Deck, pool was not open. No one advised me at booking it was closed. Closet door is broken. Nearly fell on me. Drawers need to be fix. I was always worried the Drawers would fall when opening. Coffee machine is grossly disgusting. Door lock needs to be fixed. Outside box for key is always open. Front desk employees are very nice and polite.

Ok for the price paid
The bathroom was always humid even with the fan on all the time. The towel wouldn't dry. Maybe a new sponge and cloth for the dishes would be nice. Overall ok considering the price.

My husband and I purchased our condos over 10 years ago and used them to escape the Canadian winters! We are now living in Florida full time very close by to our condos. We are on hand if ever a need arises! We love the ocean and know that you will enjoy everything that the Daytona Beach and Orlando area has to offer!

Why they chose this property

We loved this condo from the minute we stepped foot in it. The condo itself has everything a couple or family could need. There are two queen beds, a dinette table, kitchenette and ocean views! On sit there is a restaurant, convenience store as well as pool side restaurant and bar.
Close by are all of the restaurants and shops that you will need, no need to drive!
