This is a large executive Villa with a fenced play area for children, a 36’ SOUTH facing Pool and Spa that over looks a wooded lake. Just what you need after a busy day at the Parks, with stunning views to be seen.

The Villa is approximately 10 minutes from Disney and is situated just off the 192 at Marker 14. It is close to numerous restaurants and local shops including a large Walmart store open 24hours and a selection of shopping outlets!

The property is fully air-conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen with a few additional extras.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed and large ensuite Bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom with tasteful decor and the children room share the second bathroom.

Great villa in a very central location!
The villa was located in a small group of properties in a very convenient location just off the 192 in Kissimmee. It overlooked a small lake with plenty of wildlife and had everything needed for your stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and we had a hassle free and enjoyable stay. We would love to stay her again if we returned to Florida in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful relaxing property
Great experience at this property! We swam in the pool all day! The backyard overlooking the water view was so beautiful and relaxing while swimming or tanning. We loved the ducks that greeted us each day. Very private from neighbors. We loved it! Thank you!

We already own two villas on this small development of 144 homes. Our other two villas are just up the street with Fantastic views but I always wanted a villa on the lake to allow us to see a little extra Florida wild life. It's so exciting that we are able to share our homes with those that truly enjoy that extra little bit of luxury while on holiday and this one is defiantly Luxury . What makes this property unique

Beautiful villa with South-facing pool with a spa pool which looks out on to a Lake view. Children’s games room.
Pool & Spa heat is an additional cost.... But well worth having during the winter months.
The Spa will only reach the same temp as the pool this is becuase our pool is a 'Lap' pool
