Bridges Bay is the premier resort in Arnolds Park featuring a seasonal waterpark, resort-style pool with swim-up bar, workout center and game room, new exciting zip-line, playground and fishing pond for the kids, access to Lake Okoboji, and on-site restaurants! Large condo with plenty of room for you and your guests. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end countertop appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, standard coffeepot, toaster, electric griddle and crockpot. Kitchen also includes plenty of dinnerware, glassware, and flatware as well as cookware. Master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath along with patio door leading out to the deck overlooking the lake. The two secondary bedrooms share a full bath. One of the secondary bedrooms features a queen size bed and the other contains two sets of twin size bunk beds. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. If you would like a pack-n-play or a high chair, please request one at time of booking. The condo is stocked with plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels! The living room leads out to a large deck overlooking the lake with dining table and patio seating along with a large gas grill (propane supplied). Full size washer and dryer located in the condo. Condo is stocked with laundry and dishwasher detergent and paper products including bath and facial tissue and paper towels. This condo also includes a reserved parking spot. In addition to all the amenities of Bridges Bay there is also an additional swimming pool conveniently located right next to the condo. All resort amenities are managed and operated by Bridges Bay Resort There are no refunds or discounts for any unavailability or restrictions on the availability of amenities.
