Our Stay At Oasis 111
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very attentive rental agency that handled all our inquiries in a timely manner. The rental was clean and well cared for. The neighbors were friendly, and the rental is at a great location/proximity to the beach! All in all we had a lovely week.

Great Experience
Overall a wonderful stay! The location was excellent and Anchor Realty was in good communication the whole time and very responsive. A few small maintenance items could be addressed to get a 5-star rating, but nothing that was a big inconvenience.

Ww will not rent this house again
I will not rent from Anchor Realty again. This house was not well maintained. I was not told about the non-working D/W until after I checked in and it wasn’t fixed all week. The toilets needed new flappers and chains. The location was excellent.

Nice house in great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice house with decent amenities in a perfect location. 100ft walk to the beach access on a quiet street just 2 miles from all the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the upstairs bathroom either has a major mold problem or an animal urinated in it, we couldn’t determine which one but the odor was incredibly strong. The house was masked with so much deodorizer when we checked in that we had to open the windows and doors. Soon after we realized why.
