The unit is centrally located between the two pools and close to workout facility.
I have lived in beautiful Scottsdale Arizona for 3 years and thourly enjoy all the activities it has to offer including world class golf, great hiking trails, outstanding restaurants with fun night life and great weather.

The property is located next to Old Town Scottsdale and a mile from the San Francisco Giants spring training baseball games in addition to numerous other spring training facilities .

This was our second time spending the month of March at Sunscape and the first time In Bob's unit. You can't beat the location for walkability to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town. The accessibility to the 101 and 202 loops make travel simple and Sky Harbor Airport is only 15 minutes away. There is a Basha's Grocery and Walgreen's across the street and a very large Safeway grocery just up the road on N. Hayden. A five-minute walk takes you to Starbuck's, located in a shopping center directly across the street from the south end of the Sunscape complex.
This upstairs unit has tall ceilings that give a feel of spaciousness and a balcony that overlooks a courtyard with a fountain. The new leather furniture in the living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a large closet, which lends well to an extended stay. There is one assigned carport space that stays shaded all day and lots of visitor parking directly adjacent to the unit. The complex itself is very well maintained and there is a large gym with cardio and weights on site.
The owner, Bob, lives nearby and was a very attentive host, quickly responding to any needs or questions that we may have had.
Property was well maintained, pool areas were clean and heated pools,
good fitness room. BBQ's need to be updated. Location was terrific, easy access to 101 hwys. Walking distance to old town Scottsdale and great
transport available using free trams. Very enjoyable, spacious and clean unit.
Just spent two weeks in Bob's condo and we had a great experience! We were there for some golfing and it was a great central location to get to the many courses in the area. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you need for a short or long stay! Very clean and Bob was very prompt at responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this condo if you're considering the Scottsdale area!
Luxury Condo located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, minutes from Spring training baseball facilities, The best shopping and restaurants Old Town has to offer. Golf the adjacent Continental golf course or take in major league pre-season games within walking distance.
