Spacious, bright 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home with distant ocean views in great family neighborhood, perfect for long walks or kids’ biking. Beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, porcelain backsplash, stainless steel appliances.

Comfortable open floor plan with cathedral ceiling great room/dining area/kitchen, second floor deck, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom. Three levels of living, each with its own full bathroom. Two master suites, one on top floor, one on ground floor. Main floor has 2 adjacent bedrooms with two twins in each, one 3 season sunporch with twin daybed/twin trundle (portable heater can be supplied for Nov to April bookings, if needed; but note that the house sleeps up to 10 without the use of this room). Private fully fenced in backyard with patio/grill area. Two car garage, and 3-4 additional off street parking spaces in driveway; max 5 cars.
Luxurious queen master suite on top floor is very spacious, with his and hers closets, private sitting area/balcony, updated bath with 4' x 6' custom tiled shower for two. Wifi throughout. Digital key pad for easy access; each group gets their own secure 4 digit code--no keys to worry about!

Fabulous location just minutes walking to either 1st (Eastons) beach or 2nd (Sachuest) beach, and the famous Newport Cliff Walk. One mile to renown shopping in the center of Newport, one mile to Bellevue Ave with the Newport mansions. Easy walk to park, Atlantic Grill, Tickets sports bar, Flo’s Clam Shack, local surf shop, Empire Coffee and many other restaurants.

We stayed for a girls family reunion weekend in December. The property was a great fit for us regarding layout and location. We walked to the Cliff Walk, had lunch in a restaurant up the street from the house, and had a night out at a fun bar in Newport. We each had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The hosts checked in via text to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed.

Great place for a family gathering
Very spacious and comfortable. The 4 bedrooms were private, large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of countertops. The house was in a great location - close to beaches and nature preserves. The backyard was spacious with a grilling area, table and chairs and a lawn area as well.

Good location
Stayed here for a wedding that was just down the street. We were a little nervous when asked to sign a secondary rental agreement and acknowledge (twice) our awareness of local ordinances, presumably because they get a lot of partying renters and the neighborhood is mostly owner occupied. But it all went ok. Well located. Short bike rides to Newport and good beaches. Kitchen is well equipped. Some tired features, but clean.

Bachelorette stay
We rented this for my sister’s Bachelorette party. The house is exactly what you see in website. Sarah the host was so accommodating and right there for any questions I may have had. It was immaculate and not out dated at all. Great neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I would just suggest that you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.
