There is both a washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally, the apartment comes with a parking bay in a secure garage which is also located on Greenmarket Square.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, and the apartment is located in a building with just seven apartments, each of which is on its own floor.

It is surrounded by shops, coffee shops and restaurants, and is located a few metres away from a tourism office, which offers both advice and free guided walks around the city. It is also within walking distance of the Company Gardens and the liveliest street in Cape Town: Long Street. And it is a mere ten minute drive to either Table Mountain or the V&A Waterfront.

The apartment is surrounded by public transport, including MyCiti bus stops, tour buses, the train and taxis all within easy walking distance.
